Great staff. Amazing location. Wonderful breakfast

Very good value for money and in good location

These are apartments, not a hotel, and the apartments are lovely, clean and well maintained. The staff were good, but it’s important to know that it’s not staffed like a hotel and it’s important to know. If you arrive before they have an apartment ready, it’s very safe to store luggage, but there’s no place to hang out and figure out where to go, no chairs. So be prepared to go sightseeing or to a coffeehouse until your check-in time. That wasn’t clear to us before we arrived. There’s plenty of options within walking distance, but if you’re tired and in need of a relaxing sitting area to recoup from your journey (we were), they don’t have it. Otherwise we loved it there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bedford Hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent. The room was beautiful. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

The historical building is lovely and we enjoyed a fabulous curry in the main bar.

Amazing, unique hotel - staff is very attentive. When I couldn’t make breakfast, due to an early departure, the hotel offered to bring coffee and fresh, warm croissants to my room prior to my departure time. I felt very well taken care of; would stay again. Highly recommend.
