Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills.

Bathroom mouldy, superficially clean - I suspect because cleaners won’t be allowed enough time to deep clean; smell of mould from drain was overwhelming; kitchen splashback not over clean

Excellent location. Front desk only there from 8 am to 7 pm so after hours check in can be a bit tricky. There is no restaurant on propysi that is downer.
