Overall, the facility was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Great king bed and bedding. The unit was well equipped. Our unit was ground level, which was nice. However, it was quite a distance from pool area, and parking closer to pool and lobby was limited. This inhibited our use of those amenities.

Our stay was gorgeous! Property was fantastic as were our accomodations. Our 2 bed, 2 bath was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. The only thing that was not as incredible was the breakfast buffet. But, this would not deter us from staying again as there were plenty of options nearby. Overall this was a wonderful getaway and we would not hesitate recommending to friends and family. Hope to be back someday.

Had a great time overall. Concierge very helpful, although they ended with an attempt to sell the timeshare feature. Don’t love wearing wristbands for pool access. Check in was later and check out earlier than other hotels. Cleaning staff came when we were sleeping in, twice, and didn’t return later in the day, so communication of that service wasn’t very successful. Great sharing amenities with nearby Hilton hotel.

We really liked our two bedroom condo at this resort. When we arrived our room was not ready at the expected time of 4:00pm it was past 4:30 when it was available. The room was clean when we arrived, we did have to ask for some blankets since the air conditioning worked very well. Our biggest complaint is every day they came in the room took all the towels and left us with none. We were told by the staff we had to ask for the towels daily but they would only give us 4 even though we were a party of 6. This was a daily issue for us. The phone in our room did not work so we had to walk to the front desk to ask for towels daily. Our son did enjoy the pool and slides which was nice. We just wish we had towels to shower off when we got back to our room.
