Property can do with a replacement or good clean of carpet, the entrance was not welcoming at all. Room was so small, we needed to climb over each other to get in and out of bed.
Water and coffee had a cost to them- I have never stayed where water and coffee is not complementary.
Location was good but I’m sure there are better options
