LaniKai Hotel & Restaurant
No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.

This was one of the best stays we have experienced on our vacations. It was a gorgeous lake view and awesome cabin to rest at for a couple of nights on our Lake Superior Circle Tour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful cabin getaway!

Disappointing. This place used to be the place to stay in the Sault. Now everything is dated and aging. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. Out room was good. Nothing crazy exceptional just a good clean hotel. The staff was nice when I talked to them tho it took a while when I went up to the front desk because all 3 staff were serving a different lady.
