LaniKai Hotel & Restaurant
No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.

Stayed for 3 nights, it was okay.. nothing really stood out about the hotel. No workout facility, no morning breakfast, hot tub inside was broken. Very clean & quiet. Plenty of towels & pillows. Loved the window seat in the room for my son to play and eat at. Lots of breakfast options, plus fridge/microwave in room. The pool is quite small, but the pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. Regular plugs & usb plug at desk.

There was a Hockey tournament on and the Kids and Parent were Really Loud, drinking in the lobby and Playing Ball hockey in the Hallways and keeping one up till early in the am hours, staff never did anything that i know of to silence them.
