Vitoria-Gasteiz Vacation Packages

Great location, wonderful gym, jacuzzi, steam room and the rooms were clean and good size.

Lovely Hotel in central location. Staff all very professional and super helpful. Most reviews mention the excellent breakfast with good reason, sets you up for the day. Tip for travelling around Bilbao : Buy the travel card "Barik". Google it to see where to get it and how it works, will save you lots of cash using Bilbao's excellent public transport system

Modern well appointed apartment with large terrace and beautiful mountain views. Parking spaces were sometimes an issue. Air conditioner was loud. All the basics were provided except facial tissues, dinner napkins and an iron/ironing board.

We stayed for just one night, but that was more than enough. The property does not have a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was clear that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. The room was extremely noisy, with constant creaking sounds from the wooden structure and persistent mechanical noise from the air conditioning system. On top of that, outside noise was a significant issue throughout our stay, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pool very cold and small- limited space in rooftop. Breakfast was just ok

The surroundings were beautiful, inside and outside. Some maintenance needed with outdoor seating. All in all an excellent hotel.
