Not what I expected. Room not very clean.

👍

The location is outstanding. The breakfast was also not that bad although it was disappointing that they stop putting food out 15-20 minutes before the ending time but I guess that for the price we are paying we can’t complain. The suite we got was spacious and clean but it was very disappointing to deal with maintenance issues since we arrived. The light bulb was out when we entered and neither tv was working. The front desk receptionist came to try to fix the tv’s that night as there was no maintenance staff on duty at 9 pm, said he was coming back and never returned. So we had a dark room and no tvs the first night. The next morning we reported our issues and they went up to fix one tv and change our bulb. The worse issue was the last morning when my sister got stuck in the elevator that caused her stress, blood pressure to drop & have to cancel sightseeing & have to change to an earlier flight. We informed staff of the seriousness and all we got was a $10 credit and we will look into what happened. Tried to give them an opportunity to make things right but they didn’t so letting others know of our experience.
