Not a hotel btw!!!! Couldn’t even stay there after we booked AND paid because the home owners said that because we booked through Expedia and they take a percentage out that they don’t have my booking and we will have to pay AGAIN to them

Very nice hotel, nice vibe - the repurposed school was a very cool aesthetic. Restaurant was amazing, highly recommended. Right next to the convention center.

Great stay in Denver. The staff”s attention to detail was exceptional. The king bed was very comfortable and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The onsite bar was a nice place to hang with the neighborhood crowd. Overall an excellent B&B

First class in every aspect

Since the room didn’t have AC, windows needed stay open all night to try to keep the room cool. That normally isn’t an issue with me, though since the room was close to Main Street it was very difficult to sleep. If the windows didn’t need to be open, it would have been fine but unfortunately it made for a very rough night of sleep while we were there. I don’t think I would stay there again during the summer or at least request a room facing the mountains where you are further away from the street.

Amazing stay only two small complaints.The a/c under the counter in the garage door room workedish. Blew at the bottom of the counter and turned its self off over and over. The adjusters to make it blow away from the counter did not work. Also the pool was half empty which was strange. Also did not get a check in beer as it stated but other than that a great property

I thought it was perfect for what I needed it for. Choose by everything I wanted to explorer. Places are walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful for the questions I had.
