Love staying here for my mothers-in-law's Mayo appointments. Just 45 minutes away from the hustle & bustle of Rochester so very convenient. Love the dining options in the area as well plus the SPAM Museum! Staff very friendly and drive up room very clean

Staff is friendly. Room size is reasonably good, especially mine was really big size. Breakfast options are good, meeting my needs. Target store is at walking distance in case you forget something to pack. Overall very good at this price. I will probably stay here if visit Rochester again.

It had nets in the room the ac didn’t cool off

Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.

Could improve internet service…Very Slow and it Dropped often… made it difficult when trying to access Mayo Clinic Patient Portal and Medical Forms before your visit to the Clinic. Could just be an oversight but there weren’t enough towels for 2 people staying 2 nights… only 3 wash cloths and 3 bath towels. But overall a decent place to stay, especially if your trip was for Mayo Clinic Appts. Very convenient location to Mayo, Shopping, Food, etc.
