The guests travelling from abroad wanted out ... wanted to leave as nothing was functional. The wifi was constantly off, no nothing...? I called asking for a supervisor, but sadly she wasn't available. The name, Ramada by Wyndham "was" gold standard with much offerings to its guests... nothing worked; it was as if the only function was to use the area to sleep and that's if my guests could. I am hurt that my guests were unhappy and I felt as if it was a mistake. I apologize for the blunt honest review; look, I know when things go wrong, remedial resolutions are deployed... emergency plumbing, heat wave causing power fluctuations (given what happened last week heat wave advisory). How we undertake the appropriate care is what matters.

The hotel was fine. Location was exactly as expected. There were no real amenities but it's a value hotel. The rooftop was under construction so no access which was disappointing especially because I stayed over 4th of July. The staff was professional. However, New York was going through a heat wave and the hotel capped the A/C during the day. They did not admit to doing this, but it was clear after 3 days that the A/C stayed at 75 degrees until the same time every day when it started to cool off. Even after complaining that it was too hot in the room, they offered nothing. This was awful because I was working from the room. Hotel staff advised there were no other rooms. When I switched hotels to the 50 Bowery (during the same heat wave), my new hotel room was much cooler and I had control over the temperature. I won't stay at Sixty LES again.

When booking I was truly a bit apprehensive. I’d never stayed at. Hard Rock property and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of the hotel. It was beautiful from the moment you enter the building with helpful staff, well appointed and comfortable rooms, and ideal location!

Room is clean , breakfasts is sort of okay, staff is nice, but a bit noisy, because close to airport, over all is alright

The location is great since it is near the Met and all the free summer stuff there.

Good breakfast even thou its not hot a good start to your morning.. the staff are respectful and polite.. the hallways and the room was clean and fresh when you walk in good wifi and very close to downtown to do many things.. a good low key spot thats nice and not to expensive

We really enjoyed our stay and trip to New York thanks to the incredible staff at Westgate Grand Central. Matthew was especially helpful, and so was everyone else we interacted with. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond. Since we got there before our room was ready, they held our bags so we could start exploring the city and enjoy some attractions instead of waiting around. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled at the end of our trip, they once again made a stressful situation so much easier. They gave us helpful suggestions and advice, made sure we were all set for our next destination, held our bags while we went to lunch, and even helped us get a taxi. The rooms were clean, very nice, and a great size for four adults. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable, but that was our only minor complaint. The hotel’s location is perfect… the surroundings are beautiful and not as busy ….close to everything and just a short walk to the subway, making transportation around the city quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!
