Ujitawara Vacation Packages

Great location and very convenient for my business needs. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are bigger than the usual but no bidet and the shower is a bit smaller than other hotels in Japan. The location is suitable if you want to be close but not too close to Shinsaibashi Station (@15min walk).

Staff were very kind at check in and check out. Location is ideal, close to two subway lines and many convenience stores, as well as a nice park nearby. Rooms were clean, but there was a bit of normal wear and tear noticeable. Room felt a bit stuffy, as if there wasn’t great air circulation. Room size is fine for a few days, but bathroom is spacious! Overall I would recommend.

Trendy

The hotel is stunning and very well located. We felt that the staff was not well versed in English and we had difficulty in understanding their English. We also felt that the concierge service was not very informative. We stayed five nights and the complimentary pantry was only restocked once. We stayed in other 5 star restaurants in Tokyo and Osaka and both offered complimentary drinks in the evening.
