The check in staff barely spoke to me, but was quick and convenient. Room was nice, but the temperature was temperamental. I was disappointed to see the hot tub was down and most of the lounge chairs needed repair. Overall was a nice place and I would stay again. The staff was quick in responding when we had an issue.

Doing construction during the course of our 2 day stay. Super loud super annoying. Wish we would have known she’s of time would have e stayed somewhere else. But the room was pretty nice

I really like this property and I would’ve given it five stars, but when I had to check out at 4 AM, there was no one at the front desk. I even tried calling the front desk, phone number just to see if there was another phone somewhere. This I did not appreciate and I wished there was a key dropbox.

Orbit is directly across from the Cleveland Airport The windows had thick double shades that when drawn thankfully kept light and sound out. The rooms had mini fridge. microwave as well as keurig style coffee machine. The layout was very clever with surface desk and well located outlets for electronics. Hot Breakfast was as good as it gets and their fun wine machine with wines by the glass was a nice comfort item after a day of travel. It would be nice to include a small container of lotion in the bathroom in addition to the soap bar but otherwise I had all that was needed.

Jason was wonderful at the front desk. I was extremely early and he got ME my room with a couple of hours.
