Not agreeing with the 8 of 10 stars rating. The hotel isn't their focus. They are more interested in the thirsty pony business which has 2 bars, one restaurant and a lot of betting. Shower plumbing confusing. Shower handle all the way up was off turn it to the left toward the hot side and only cold water, but turn it to the right and it is hot. Way too hot at first. Air vent in bathroom filled with dust, looks like it wasn't cleaned in months. Beds were comfortable. Room was dark. They did offer an assortment of free taste test beers in the mini fridge. Probably a great place to stay if you wanted to party and bet there and then walk back to the room. They only have 9 rooms in the whole place

The initial check in was fine. I reserved the room for 3 days. The next night I tried to get into my room and the key no longer worked. Get to the front desk and the guy say we checked out. I pull it up on my phone and show him the room was reserved and paid for 3 days. He said “oh, just a misunderstanding.” At checkout, I ask for a receipt and the guy says you have to get it online. Never heard of a hotel not giving you a receipt. Constantly checking my account to make sure I’m not be charged again. Not to mention they were supposedly remodeling the room next to mine. Heard jackhammers and hammers banging at the wee hours of the morning. All I can say is what a stay😢

We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.

Very nice lobby looks great !! Breakfast was good I think over priced The pool was ok but the hot tub was closed which stinks wanted to swim but water looked weird and not enough towels The exercise room was OK, but in the one larger part, it looked dirty and could be updated better The worst part is the parking situation. I am not a fan of that. I actually want up getting charged $30 for my stay. The parking is not very clear and is confusing and not sure if I would consider staying at this hotel again.
