Twinsburg Vacation Packages

The check in staff barely spoke to me, but was quick and convenient. Room was nice, but the temperature was temperamental. I was disappointed to see the hot tub was down and most of the lounge chairs needed repair. Overall was a nice place and I would stay again. The staff was quick in responding when we had an issue.

Doing construction during the course of our 2 day stay. Super loud super annoying. Wish we would have known she’s of time would have e stayed somewhere else. But the room was pretty nice

A little worn for a Westin

The valet parking was pathetic. $55 for ridiculously slow service. And we had no access to our car once it was taken. The hotel is in a very sketchy part of downtown. We did not feel safe at all outside the hotel at night. The coffee at the free breakfast was weak and the breakfast was just ok. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our shower did not drain and we had to shower in inches of water. The hotel attendant had no idea of where to go eat nearby. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had.

The room was spacious, and staff were very attentive. I liked hearing the story about the hotel and the vibe. I just needed a clean place close to the airport and I was pleasantly surprised.
