Unfortunately, our stay at H Luxury Residence Apartments was disappointing due to the poor level of cleanliness. The location is great, but cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation.

Blood stains across bathroom walls. Bed is uncomfy as extremely soft and pillows are awful. Staff are generally friendly.

Clean room, the amenities were amazing! Second time staying there and my kids absolutely love it

The apartment I stayed in was really nice and very well thought out for guests. The building is older, and you can see that, but it is very well maintained and very clean. Its in a great spot very close to the beach.

Hotel was pleasingly good. Well appointed and decorated. We were on the 24th floor with a fantastic sea/city view. Walking to Cavill Ave was about 10 minutes along the beach. Beach was good and had flags for the kids. Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving around the corner was on point for breakfast. Good gym, pool and sauna. Parking underneath for cars. It is in a bit of a construction zone currently, but this didn't bother us at all as we were up early/ish. I'd stay again.
