It was clean inside and out. Staff was very helpful

The dirtiest carpet I have ever been on. Years of dirt and God knows what else have never been cleaned from the rooms carpet. Every shower resulted in black gunk being washed off the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The door to the room jbed so we had to throw a shoulder into it just to open the door. The reins concept is cute and well thought out, but maintenance and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The room was comfortable and had lots of amenities for a long-term stay. Reasonably priced. My only complaint is that, in the middle of a Sacramento summer, the pool was closed.
