Great location poor beds tv didn't work food was good.

I had a shower but there were no towels in the room, so I had to dry myself with my T-shirt. When towels were provided, they were dirty. There was also no drinking glass supplied in the room, and there wasn't a table or desk, which made the stay quite inconvenient. That said, the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

A great place to stay in Wagga. Very spacious and very well appointed. Comfortable bed. Great off street parking. Easy drive to everything in Wagga. Highly recommended.

The young lady who checked us in has no customer service ability. Firstly she yelled from the top floor that check in was 2pm - no friendliness, no sorry but check in is not until 2pm however, you can leave your luggage. Extremely rude. Then she phones to say that if we don't check in by 3pm we need to get the keys from the locker. So everyone has a window of 1 hour to check in. Surely, she should not be in this job.
