New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!

We had booked a suite but they were sold out and we were given a conncting room egual to a suite. that was good but still strange because it is a big hotel and only 15-20 rooms were occupied. We loved this hotel and would definitely come back. Daily breakfast was included, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You also can park your car for free in the underground parking garage. The only deterrents were that the walls seem thin and you can sometimes hear other guests, and the hotel plays very loud club beat music in the restaurant/pool area starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting all day. Otherwise it was wonderful, and we will definitely return.

There is little one can do at this point but I have learnt a valuable lesson to screenshot the booking on Expedia in future. Other than that the hotel had great facilities.
