A Truly Exceptional Stay at Maxanab Hotel – 7 Stars!
Nothing short of amazing! The staff went above and beyond, reaching out before my stay to arrange seamless transportation to and from the hotel. While I can’t say for sure if I got the best deal on pricing, it was worth it just to bypass the chaos of airport transportation offers. Once there, I was impressed by the personalized service. The staff knew our names, which at first felt a bit unusual, but I quickly realized it was a thoughtful way to ensure guests’ safety and comfort. The hotel felt intimate and exclusive—almost like a private retreat. The front desk staff are always attentive, monitoring who comes and goes, adding an extra layer of security. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed with a wonderful turndown service. I appreciated their attention to detail.
The beachfront was simply perfect—pristine, peaceful, and exactly what you’d hope for in Tulum. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, both in quality and service. The included breakfast was a full meal—entree, fruit, and beverage. Compared to food options outside the hotel, dining at Maxanab was both superior in quality and better value for the price. On my next visit, I’ll definitely dine at the resort more often!
Overall, this stay was incredible, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
