Parking was easy and available. Check in was not so good. The hotel has a sign and on their website that states check-in is 3pm. Nice and clean. Stayed with young son. Gym needs an update desperately but there is enough to get by. Room nice and bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I requested to have by reservation be changed to one night ahead of the original date. To have done so my $130 a night room wash going to be penalized with $130 charge. I was not going to pay double for the room; therefore it set empty costing me $130. No I am not happy!

The front desk staff were so nice and prepared. They already assigned a first floor room near the exit since I was traveling with a pet. That was perfect! The hotel was clean, very quiet and near great shopping and restaurants. I had a special request the second day and they were very helpful.
