Excellent location, bus terminal (for the AirPort Express) is immediately opposite, as are the docks for whale watching tours. Room was clean and as described. Staff were friendly. Sky bar has great views. Would stay again

Wifi signal in the room was very very poor! The hotel staff asked me for a physical credit card ...i only had digital credit cards that couldn't be used as guarantee for the minibar... had never had such an experience like this before!
