Very clean rooms.Staff very helpful.Had an issue with air con which was swiftly dealt with.Reception staff very friendly, helpful and the check-in process very clear.

Great location close to old town. I would not recommend this place to stay for the amount of money. The room was very basic with a view of some rubbish and a wall. We had multiple things go wrong. Someone opened our room door and let themselves in and turned on the light at 0750hrs even with the do not disturb sign on. We were not given our welcome bottle of wine until we asked for it and we were called and told to check out immediately on the day before our check out day because their system got it wrong. To their credit, the customer service manager did call and apologise and reasonably tried to make amends, however it should never have happened. A booking for a hotel is pretty simple. It should be noted there are 2 wings to this hotel and there is a good chance you will get the old section like us and they will ask 200 Euro a night extra if you want a better room. Keeping in mind it was over $600 AUD a night for the basic room we were given. The pool has a great view. It is made only for drinking as it is waist deep with tables. There are also only 4 lounges to uae for the entire hotel guests because it is catered as a bar, not a pool area. All things considered, we are very happy we moved to Villa Harmony for the rest of the stay and although it wasn't the worst place we have stayed, we can confidently say never again. Just not good value for money. Spend it elsewhere.

Loved the property and the staff was very responsive

Staff was wonderful

From the moment I arrived at the hotel staff were welcoming and made me feel like I was at home, before I had even checked in the concierge asked my name and took my luggage up to my room while I completed my check in. Every day the wonderful staff asked how my day was and if I was enjoying my time on Hvar and were interested in having a conversation rather than just asking a question as most hotel staff will do as they are expected to this was very different they cared about the guests that are staying at the Riva Marina hotel. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Hvar.

Location was excellent with all places inside the palace very accessible. Staff tried to help as much as possible but otherwise the property is pretty basic.
