Tree Spring Trail Vacation Packages

Beautiful hotel but under construction so we checked in and our room was 10 steps from that front desk in another building. We couldn't do happy hour, see the spa or gym or if there were any restaurants. Our room was nice but driving behind the building to park was something too. We will give it another shot once construction is done.

It a beautiful place to stay and walking distance to everything.

Comfortable bed and room and very short walk to center of town, but property seems to be in transition and not the best shape. Front desk in (former?) piano bar space - you weave through furniture to get to a desk, ongoing work (big trash bag from maintenance work left right outside my room door). The room was off a little courtyard and had French door, nice, but the shade was too thin and the room was very bright at night from the courtyard lights. (I didn’t contact them to ask for solution as it was already after 8 when said they leave the site and I just needed to sleep.) The in-room Keurig seemed broken, but once plugged in and k-cup holder was fixed, I got it to work fine. Toilet flush pull was loose, but it also worked. They charge a “resort” fee and there were robes in the closet, but this fee is a stretch when the property is in a bit of disarray. The staff were all very nice and with a little more attention to detail, this could be a nicer spot.

The property was well decorated but needed some repairs. The plumbing especially needed updating. The toilets and faucets did not work properly. I believe the filters is the shower heads and faucets needed to be replaced. There was no Wi-Fi and only one small tv.
