The room was perfect! Clean and a beautiful view. Staff went above and beyond.

The cleanliness I witnessed at this hotel was phenomenal. They staff were VERY courteous and always eager to help. I had an amazing experience and plan to stay there again next year when I visit Amalfi again. I definitely recommend this hotel 1000%

My wife and I recently celebrated a milestone birthday in Amalfi and stayed at the Anantara Convento Di Amalfi Grand Hotel. We had many hotel options, but we are so pleased that we chose the Anantara and the city of Amalfi for our stay. The location was a perfect launching point to visit the many areas of interest. It was close enough to all the restaurants, shops and sea in Amalfi, but also far enough away to enjoy a more private experience. The walk from the hotel down into the center of Amalfi was breathtaking. The staff was wonderful and always bent over backwards to make us happy. We must give a shoutout to the pastry chef for breakfast. We really enjoyed all the special treats.

Very nice stuff friendly they are absolutely lovely people. It’s a first time I’ve been in the hotel. Everything was amazing.

The staff are excellent and very helpful. Our breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Our room was cleaned every day. The vineyard and the surround were exceptional. Extremely well maintained in a beautiful setting overlooked by Mt Vesuvius. The main city of Pompeii was a 10 minute walk and transport easily accessible due to two train stations available. We were able to travel around to places such as Herculaneum, Sorrento & Naples. We really enjoyed our time here in spite of the weather and likely we will check in here again.

Incredibly well accomodated and spotlessly clean hotel just a block from downtown Sorrento. Could not have been more pleased with our suite and the hotel in general.

I could hope for a few more things from this hotel, but location‑wise this place is unbeatable—Duomo, the port, and the bus stops are basically your neighbors. Just be aware: the Duomo plaza is busy enough to make Times Square blush, so noise‑sensitive travelers might feel like they booked a room inside the cathedral bell.I was given a cute room on the top floor (3rd fl), where I quickly learned that the official Amalfian gym is… THE STAIRS. If you’re bringing heavy or multiple luggage, congratulations—you’ll already have completed your daily workout before check‑in. Bonus cardio included. The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, which definitely softened the blow of my unexpected stair‑training program.
