2rd stay at this hotel. Refused upgrade said not available. Had to argue for a 1 1/2 hour late checkout we did get a one hour late( why not give the extra 1/2 hour we asked for. Burn Hall Hotel
An excellent stay at this well located hotel. The food was excellent, the menu isn't massive but I'd rather a smaller menu with exceptional food than an extensive menu with poor food. The venison in red wine was ad one of the staff desc6it, to die for! Breakfast was also very good.
