Room was clean enough however beds were so uncomfortable! We had a pull out bed and a queen bed and the pull out bed which was presumably designed for children was honestly made of stone! Most uncomfortable nights sleep ever, felt like I was lying on a table. At checkout nobody bothered to ask us about our experience otherwise I would have addressed the issue there. Breakfast poor, so busy, messy tables and no fruit at 8am

When booked it said there was a carpark, there is not you have to use one along the road from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasnt clean, there was blood up the headboard and on the curtain and The rug was heavily stained. The lift is also a bit of a nightmare to use. If you can look past that then its Good for being so close to the Shambles.

Absolutely disgusted to see used underwear left in the bathroom bin. I told reception about this and I’ve writen to the hotel on the same day. It is now over a week and I haven’t had a response from Hilton, Piccadilly, York. The staff were lovely, but the bar/lounge was really cold, many of us were sitting in coats. Really disappointed as I’ve just stopped at a Hilton resort on Loch Tay and the cleanliness was five star.

Very clean, right in the city centre, great buffet breakfast with amazing selection... ad it's included in the price!! Made the stay lovely. The room was amazing, with a couch too. All new and modern. Couldn't be more happier! If you require parking, book it in advance and not the day of your arrival!

The check-in was very smooth. The staff on reception were very pleasant and polite at all times. The room was very clean. My only issue with the room was that we were on the second floor and they were trialing lower beds which my husband and I thought were too low for both getting in and out of bed.
