The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I stayed with my teenage daughter and was really pleased that the two single beds were actually more like small doubles, which made it extra comfortable for us both. The large walk-in shower was fantastic, and it was great that all toiletries were provided. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the location couldn’t have been better — just minutes’ walk from the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was good, clean and new - had to move room as lots of building works on one side of the hotel. Customer service ok and we’re happy to change room, but generally wouldn’t say they went over and above. Would have been 4 star except the room wasn’t cleaned during stay and had to ask at 3pm (phone call to answerphone only from room to all depts), and when they came, they weren’t exactly wanting to be there or cleaned properly really am afraid. Highlights are the location is fab, near everything and their fresh waffle maker is brill but need to be early to avoid long waits - buffet breakfast average too. Would go again for location, but just expected more for a £170pn room really…

Compared to other Hampton hotels, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The bread did not taste good, and the coffee machine only dispensed hot chocolate. Overall, there were not many options to choose from, and there was very little worth eating. Fortunately, the kids enjoyed making their own waffles, which was the only highlight of the breakfast experience.
