We really enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. The location was good for getting into Leicester using the park and ride.

The room was absolutely substandard and I would be horrified to let my children sleep in the family room. I have seen mattresses at the tip in better condition. Bedding is not clean, full of hair and it didn’t get much better in the other rooms we got moved too.
