The room was spacious, clean with nice amenities (fireplace) and the bed was super comfortable. They provide coffee in the morning as well as a coffee maker, coffee & add ins in your room. The parking is easy and you’re usually not far from your room

As clean as the other reviews said it was. A very clean and clean smelling room. Updated with the essential amenities. You can see the pride taken in the property and exceptional check in service. The young man at the service desk during check in was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Easy parking in a well lite parking lot. Great location and walking distance to Main Street and directly across the street from a tasty restaurant. The only suggestion to other travelers is bring your own pillow. Unfortunately the provided ones are bricks. The worst pillows by far from any other place we’ve stayed. Also, bring ear plugs, walls are paper thin. We heard the people next door snore all night into early morning. You hear the people walking upstairs. Ear plugs, pillow. But if those things aren’t an issue, or you come prepared I highly recommend this property.

My husband took me there on my birthday; it was the last minute thing so other hotel are already full due the July 4 weekend. This hotel is one of the very few that still have room to rent and since it's a no pets allow; I am pretty impressed with it. I am allergies to dogs and cats so this will served the purpose well. The room was clean, small room but clean. Since the room on the first floor has a king size bed; we decided it was for only 1-night. I just we choose the 2nd floor since the hotel is 2 block away, it has no view as it was on the first floor. I wanted to have view to morro bay which was not and since we are on the first floor, the neighbor up stair or above us were loud, walking hard and moving chairs and table back and forth caused irritable noise so it's hard to sleep and finally they started to quite down at around might but started again at 6am. I have to admitted that I love the part where no pets are allow since I am allergies to dogs and cats and besides clean, I won't be using this hotel again.

Most everything was perfect except they were short staffed and didnt get around to cleaning our room during our three day stay.

Communication from staff before we arrived was good. Easy late check-in. Nice location.
