The property is very pretty, the location and the pool are very beautiful! Unfortunately the rooms aren’t kept well nor well maintained, definitely the bathroom was dirty and not maintained, patched, dirty, smelly, and mold. It’s all about details in maintenance and cleaning! Eco Suites has great potential since the property and pools are beautiful! Would I go back, probably not… :-) The staff is very friendly!

The staff were excellent and very friendly throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room also had very poor lighting, which made it feel darker and less comfortable than it should have been. The food was another area that could use improvement. I expected better quality for the price. Overall, the staff were definitely the highlight of my stay, but the cleanliness, food, and room lighting made the experience less enjoyable than I expected.

Amazing experience — stayed twice! I had an amazing experience at Hotel Mirador Plaza and actually stayed here twice during my trip. Both stays met and exceeded my expectations. The service is top quality, and the staff made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was honestly my favorite part of every morning—delicious with great variety! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and you can even enjoy a drink while in the water. The location is also very convenient; everything feels close by, and I had no problem taking Ubers wherever I wanted to go. After experiencing other accommodations during my trip, I appreciated Mirador Plaza even more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

More than anything, a beautiful beach experience to enjoy the tranquility and the sea. An excellent place to come and enjoy with family and friends. We highly recommend it. Beautiful facilities and superb service. Thank you very much to Rancho Aqua Vista.
