How many hotels turn the fridge off so your drinks are hot until you work it out and do not supply milk for coffee. But gave me powered milk when I asked for milk. How cheap is that. Unbelievable.

Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead! Reported to staff on checkout apparently hot water issues known need a new hot water system was comment

We had a wonderful short stay at QT Melbourne. We picked this hotel as it was close to the concert we were going too and we could park our car. The room was super clean, and they had a lovely wellness dog called Russell, who was a delight in the foyer. We will stay here again for sure!

Overall good

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room, it was nice and big and spacious. We stay here when we come to Melbourne and we love it. Great location, friendly polite staff. Harry's restaurant has great food and it's a nice atmosphere
