Manager/owner was rude and locked us out of our room before 11am check out with all of our stuff still in it including our dogs. He refused to give us a receipt at checkout. Was bit up by bed bugs and the manager/owner only said, "oh" and never even apologized. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least 3 weeks. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathtub backed up, while taking a shower the tub did not drain. There was a burning smell in the bathroom coming out of the vent. Broken towelracks. Only gave us one washcloth, one hand towel and one bath towel for 2 people. The bed was so soft you literally were stuck in a hole and the sheets wouldn't even stay on. They charged us more for our 2 dogs than we paid for the room. We would of canceled our room but it was the last room available in town for this night. I could go on but I think you get my drift, we definitely won't be back.

The night desk clerk was extremely helpful and provided a town map with things to see and lists of places to eat. She gave us directions to a lake and made sure we had everything we needed. We had driven from East Texas near Louisiana and arrived at around 11:30 p.m. It was so nice to get such great treatment even in the middle of the night on a Monday. We had the best trip and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and spacious. Not sure why they’re charging for parking in Roswell, NM though. Seems like parking should be included in such a rural area with plenty of parking spaces.

The property great however Expedia screwed me out of a night that I paid for. Do not trust this company. This is two years in a row that they have screwed me over. NEVER AGAIN.

Fantastic stay again. This place used to be a nursing home and makes a wonderful week long stay for the Roswell Air Races. Fresh coffee and fruit every morning and the friendliest staff!
