I'm extremely pleased with the management, especially Ms. Deborah, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage the hotel. Ms. Deborah uncanny spirit and professionalism have made my wife, and I feel extremely welcome, safe, and comfortable during our stay. I've witnessed her leadership ability, which presented confidence and clarity, ensuring her team were giving their best efforts. The great team she has is merely a reflection of GREAT leadership. Hats off to Ms. Deborah.

Checked in just to find out elevator was down, room was filthy only mopped, woman’s hair everywhere in bathroom, humidity was so bad in room the beds were wet, sheets had blood on them, was left no soap for bathroom Overall a terrible experience and disgusting

The elevator was not working no ADA rooms available. The entire hotel reeks of pot. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Very loud!

My family and I had a situation and we ended up here for a month so far it’s been well. The staff is really nice. A little breakfast in the pool would be great due to the hot weather, but there are many options of dining out near even a mall About a mile away.

Terrible experience

We checked in late but had to wait almost 30 minutes for an attendant. The elevator was broken so my 79 year mom and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. The room was missing a sofa bed and had nothing in it as far as amenities. The carpets in the hall were disgusting. I am asking for a refund.
