After a late arrival (after midnight) we asked for a later check out and was told no, or that we’d be charged $75. Upon reaching our room after climbing stairs to the second floor with our bags, the keys didn’t work. After returning to the front desk for new keys, and climbing the stairs again, those keys didn’t work either! The third time the lady came with me to let us in. Also, there was no closet, not even a hanger. Also, the breakfast selections could be improved.

We are Wyndham members and hotel.com member and they would not let us check in early. We tried approximately one hour before 3 o’clock check in on Thanksgiving day and they said it would be a considerable charged which was unacceptable.

It was ok. Seriously 5 min from the airport.comfy beds. No closets and no dressers but if you go in expecting that it’s ok. Breakfast is ok, jimmy dean microwave sausage sandwiches, cereal, and milk. Checking in was obscenely long and slow for al five rooms in our party even though we arrived at different days and times. Expect each person to require 30 minutes to check in. Otherwise decently clean and quiet. There is an ihop in the parking lot

The Hotel took forever to answer the phone to get a hotel shuttle. The cruise shuttle is $10 per person. We had a small lizard in the bathroom and the tub didn’t drain well. Room was very dated and furniture was very worn.
