My room was fumigated and the fans and machine with the blue light was still in my room. The smell was so bad I didn’t get any sleep and woke up with a headache Please refund my stay. I had to sleep with the sheet covering my face to lessen terrible smell of the chemicals. I’m heading home early and missed the final game because of what Hampton Inn did to me. I had to call the front desk to pick up the air cleaning equipment and the guy lied to me. He said all rooms have those fans and ionization machine when the cleaning ladies clean the rooms. For God’s sake why would you put me in a room that was just fumigated and charge me. I could not find another hotel. I missed the final game and am flying home early back to Columbus during the game time. The trip cost me $2,000. Please refund me.

Had to leave one day early due to a family emergency. Had pre-paid. When asking for a refund of one night was told to call Expedia. Of course, when I called Expedia, they referred me back to the hotel. Also, requested to speak to GM three days in a row and was refused each time. Not a good way to resolve a problem.

Hotel staff was amazingly friendly. Room was modern and clean. Location was great for walking in historical Ybor area. Only downside, minor inconvenience, was the gym closed at 10 pm.
