The room itself was outdated, with looked like water damage to the walls of the room. Service was very poor, I asked for linens was not able to receive any, was only provided with towels. There were mysterious stains all over the wall. Staff was not updated with shift change, when it was time for me to leave the person at the desk had no clue on what was going on.
Im not hear to trash the hotel. Im giving my honest critique. The room was dirty, the bedding was old and not tidy. Elevator, men’s lobby restroom and ice machine on the 5th floor out of orderr. Hotel looks dated. We were traveling as a group, and many of us transfered to the “Marriot” next door.

Poor beds. Not comfortable and springs coming up from mattress.
Room is dated and needs renovations.
Roaches, the pull out bed needs to be updated, there were no towels. We asked for towels at 9 am before we left the hotel and still hadn’t received any at 8:30pm and according to the receptionist they were still in the dryer at 8:30. Then turned around and said we didnt get room service because of the sign on the door, but as I explained we dont have to get room service to receive towels. The black lady with the puff that originally checked us in, has a very nasty attitude and not a person that needs to be working front desk. Just overall needs to be updated. We had multiple family members checked in the same night and the experience wasn’t great! Don’t offer the oull out beds knowing they have a whole in the middle. We had to put the cushions on the floor and sleep on them. Please upgrade your furniture and call pest control.

It was very outdated, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Will not recommend.
Just ok. Room had a damp smell. I was on the 5th floor and the water pressure was terrible. The electrical and usb outlets didn’t work. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We had to wait for the coffee and eggs because there was only one young lady doing it all. She was super friendly and very accommodating so we waited but the poor girl had to do it all and there were a lot of people that were waiting.
Upon entering the room, it smell of urine. I had to call the front desk for help with the television. One bed was hard and the other bed was sinking in the middle.
Hotel is dated and with 100 deposit and keeping 4 dollar on top of what you already prepaid. They wont return your deposit for up to 7 days. Will hold on to your money for no reason at all. This should be criminalized. It’s not fair to your customer to keep their money. Definitely will not stay in this hotel again
