Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

It is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing and kind. The location is great as well. Just be prepared to not bring any outside food or drinks in the common area. You have to take that straight to your room. The person who runs the place chimed into our conversation about why we can’t have outside food or drinks. I thought that was a little rude. So make sure any street food gets eaten before you go to your hotel. Besides that the staff is what makes the hotel stay great. I probably won’t stay there again and find another hotel where I have a little bit more flexibility.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiest Americana Oxaca hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
