An absolute gem in Kyoto!
We had a perfect stay here. The apartment is beautifully curated with a modern traditional Japanese aesthetic. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The indoor garden in the shower area was a spectacular touch.
The location is unbeatable—walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market, surrounded by fantastic dining options, and close to public transport (metro and buses).
Note: The stairs are a bit steep, so just watch your step.
Excellent communication with the host and top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Amazing staff and beautiful lobby. However the rooms are tiny. My 6’ son had to bend over to get in the bathroom and the beds are up against the wall. No space at all to hang clothes.

Having a bath house in the hotel is A1. Definitely will rebook as it walking distance for the market street
