The check in process was difficult about reading your id at the kiosk but staff was pretty fast to help they charged me 40 dollars after check out. The elevators broke during checkout with an hour long wait maybe more so I packed all my families luggage up six flights of stairs

I was not expecting this place to be this nice the pictures don’t do it justice. I had a great stay felt like I was home away from home. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean.

Staff was great. Room clean, but had a very musty smell. We had to purchase an air freshener to get rid of the smell. Pillows were very bouncy and thick.
