I was booked in for 5 nights at Hotel Rum. When I went to the room, the lock to the door was damaged (but at least functional), which for the cost was a very poor look. When I checked out the room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, with stains that looked disturbing. I requested that they be replaced by clean ones and the young lady at reception was helpful in arranging for that, However, when that had occurred, hair was then left in the bed by whoever serviced the room. I immediately left and had to find suitable accomodation elsewhere in Budapest.

Excellent location, a few steps from the parliament and a block from the Danube River. Hotel is well maintained, breakfast is great, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing hotel, located centrally in the heart of Budapest. It was so easy to get around, can walk everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful with amazing amenities. The room was spotless and the AC was clutch, especially during a heat wave. I would totally come back here again!

Our stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy was truly delightful. The hotel beautifully combines historic elegance with modern comfort, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Budapest's main attractions, while still offering peace and quiet. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality products. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant and memorable stay in Budapest. We would be delighted to return on our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things I appreciated most was how the hotel showcases its history through the building's architecture and design. It gives the property a unique character and makes the stay even more memorable. I also want to recognize the front desk staff for their outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions with a smile and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Their exceptional hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It has a pretty, contemporary, fun, music themed aesthetic. The room was large and the inner courtyard balcony enjoyable. Breakfast and afternoon reception were good but not extensive. It was lovely to hear different performers on each of the afternoons we were there. Service at this hotel is next level - consistent throughout. I don’t know if it’s hiring or training or a combination but they are doing it much better than most. Everyone we encountered was highly professional and seemed genuine. Special thanks to our server Victoria from Ukraine. I spent a few hours in the spa facility and found it to be a clean tranquil experience - a real treat. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Unique view of the church and surrounding area. We were also delighted to take in a female electric violinist accompanying a dj - great music!
