My only complaint was the shower. It did not hold a temperature, suddenly turning either freezing cold or scalding hot. On the plus side, great location, clean, helpful staff.

Central and closeby to circular quay.
Would like to see the toilet extraction fan vent cleaned, a lot of dust and dirty on that vent otherwise room reasonably clean.
Good place, everything is nearby for the marathon weekend. Famous attractions are easily accessible by walking or train. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The only drawback is the restroom, which is quite small, and water spills outside as there is no door when showering. Apart from that, everything else was good, and a few other minor issues were already addressed.
I enjoyed my stay and the reception staff were helpful and welcoming and were able to be flexible with their check in/out options. My only concern was the Birdie staff who, although were busy, treated me as if I was at a fast food line and didn't ask how they can help, just my name. The room was a little small and there was no view (I didn't mind) but overall, I was happy with the facilities, even though they were on the small side. The bed was very comfortable but working out the lighting system when I first walked in was embarrassing, and instructions would have helped as I was in total darkness for a few minutes. Saying that, I would return as I found the pricing reasonable and the location convenient.
