Fantastic hotel, despite its size, all guest areas lovely, very high end and good services for guests including plenty of either formal or casual dining options. We had a jewel suite which was an absolute treat to finish our 2 weeks in Australia!

The nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We were fortunate to get upgraded to the Jewel Suite and it really made our anniversary weekend stay special. Loved the pool and hot the area, making full use on both days. Service from all staff was fantastic, but especially Tenzing on the front desk. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Darling.

Everything was perfect. Staff so courteous and friendly, loved the mood lighting in the room and was lovely to arrive back at room in the evening and the beds had been turned down, moisturisers on the pillows and slippers next to the bed. Definitely will be booking in the near future.

Received a false hope when they offered a free room upgrade and was taken away at the laat minute They compensated with wine and chocolates! Is that a fair trade? Overall place was well maintained and has a perfect location in Pyrmont.
