Convenient to some great restaurants and many attractions. Hyde park accross the road , with museum station close by. Very clean and tidy rooms. Seems the floor we were on was just recently painted as the paint smell was rather strong, we needed to keep the balcony door open to help with the smell. Breakfast was good , but unfortunately no bacon on offer. Overall, a decent stay.

Lovely hotel. The staff were outstanding. They were flexible and helpful and took care of everything you could possibly need without bother or stress. Really friendly too. Breakfast was an added bonus. Would happily recommend and stay again.

I like the complimentary breakfast. Staffs were great. However I didn't like my stay this time. We stayed here couple days ago, we came back after a few days and stayed overnight this time. They gave us a room that is awfully inconvenience for us. The room was smaller than what we had before. Their internet connection was really poor. I asked if they could check, the receptionist said they will check with their technician, however nothing was solved. Had to come down to the lobby for Internet.

Across from bus stop to Bondi beach, across from grocery store, big market down the street with venders, park across the street and close to train station to airport and cruise port. Clean, great breakfast and water cooler in lobby. Kettle in room, we loved our stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a good position close to Central station and Oxford st. The breakfast is very good. Two negatives - my room had a musty smell to it when you first walked in but that went away once your nose got used to it. I put it down to either the large cushion on the bed or the carpet needs cleaning! The internet is quite restricted which is pretty ridiculous these days - tried to look up some Gay businesses in Oxford St but I was blocked from seeing them as the provider thought it was Pornographic which they weren’t!! In any case what does it matter if they were, I should still be able to see them!! It was a bit slow at times as well. Prior to checking in I received all these silly emails saying that I must do this and must do that and I can’t do this and I can’t do that and if I wanted early check in it’s $80 (a rip off) and the room is for one person not two etc. How ridiculous- if I wanted a friend to stay over night then I would not expect to pay anymore money - I have paid for the room not the amount of people in it!! They also said I couldn’t pay cash but at the same time would charge me 1.5% charge for credit cards - rather stupid really but luckily I had pre- paid. Anyway don’t let all this put you off- it is a nice hotel.
