Best check in process ever. It was fully automated but the guest services person also facilitated getting through the automated menus. The electronic kiosk even generated the key! Dinner was good at the restaurant as was breakfast. Super convenient for the international terminal. Great views of the airport. The bathroom was a clever and optimal design. The desk was perfect for working. Great place.

Waited in a long line of customers to check in for a few minutes before noticing there were self check in machines available. Only two staff members and both busy dealing with customers so managed to check in at the machine. Worked well in the end. Bar/restaurant on ground floor was well used but average food. The room had everything I needed but I found the bed a little too firm. Excellent location at the airport though.
