A conveniently located hotel ideal for sightseeing , midway between the train station and opera house (aprox 20 mins walk to each). Hyde park barracks, museum and art galleries 10 minutes walk. An understated entrance with helpful reception staff. Rooms were clean , my only slight concern was with car noise from outside but in a large city this would probably be the same at most hotels

Property shows is age. We ended up with two siingle beds instead of a double or queen. Location is okay for downtown. They do have a nice city view from the roof but the roof is dated.Dont think we would stay there again

Great Convenient close to Town Hall station and Metro Tunnel Station. Friendly staff . Bed was ok but Pillows were very hard and shower extremely small. An extra chair would have been nice as there were 2 of us.

Good value oprion for accommodation in the city. Small room but had eveything necessary. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A good options for an overnight stay in the city on a budget.

The only feedback I have is that there was no disclosure around the fact I had to pay for my parking once I arrived at the hotel - $45 per night - The booking only says there's parking available at the property, it would have been good to know this information beforehand.

Wasn’t just clean and comfortable

Booked a budget room as just needed. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the budget rooms (still very expensive) are given their title more on location than style of room. Directly above me all I heard all night was wa sounded like trolleys going along a corridor and directly below was a car park entrance (despite being on the 7th floor. Walls of hotel also paper thin and the room was a smell of wet + BO covered up with a sting smell of cleaning detergents. Wont be back. Certainly not worth the monies paid compared to similar. Booked the event to sleep before a early morning event but had a terrible sleep due to noise

The room was a bit run down patched walls etc. Room was sparse but adequate. Would have been better with a breakfast or restaurant but maybe compounded by the closures because of Easter. Staff helpful and friendly.
