The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. Everything is availbale for a short or longer stay. It's very quiet, surprisingly, despite the big amount of people living there. East Village shopping centre is a very short stroll from the building, so it was convenient to grab groceries to cook and a coffee in the morning. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful (the remote control batteries were dead, and they gave me spare batteries). Check-in/out was very easy. The spa and pool downstairs were a good add-on. I would defineitely come back there

Really lovely room. Excellent soundproofing, couldn't hear the highway noise at all with the balcony door closed. Little light on amenities, would have expected a sponge and dishsoap since there's a full kitchen. There was a dishwasher but I'm not running that for a couple of glasses. No spare blankets, but worked out fine as the room was a good temp even without using the A/C. Good parking garage at a reasonable rate for the city, nice area with lots of dining. Staff were lovely and helpful.

First thing i notice upon arriving was the friendliness of the staff. We arrived early and immediately asked if we wanted to leave our luggage until check-in time. So we left our luggage and went to the nearby East village to have lunch. Soon after we got an email saying our room was ready early and we could check in. The room was clean a soacious, everything works. There is a washer and dryer. The best was that there were lots of sockets in convenient places. If i has to say anything bad was that there are no slippers or microwave. At first we thought transport will be inconvenient as it is about 15 mins walk. However we found that there are many buses that pass throught this area, going to cbd, newtown and bondi junction. Had a great stay, and recommend Meriton 100%.
