Disrupted Sleep Due to Noise

I stayed for two nights. The first was quiet, but the second night there was loud music until around 1AM. I was informed this came from a venue in the same building. I didn’t see any mention of this on the hotel's website. I contacted the hotel about the issue but didn’t receive a reply. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep at all and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Nice property

Second stay at the Kirketon. Both visits were wonderful. The staff was delightful. The property is well maintained but the neighborhood feels like it hasn't fully recovered following the pandemic.

Cleanliness lacking

I stay at the Kirketon regularly to attend medical appointments nearby and have in the most part had pleasant experiences though the last two stays the cleanliness is poor. The linen (pillows specifically) appeared to have not been changed or washed properly and smelled used.
