This is a unique property, very comfy for a family of 4 (14 and 12). Very nice view from the rooftop to the iconic opera house in Sydney. The breakfast buffet is fresh and complete, and they received us in the morning after a 15+ hour flight with early check-in, what a surprise!! Will come back and recommend to friends and relatives!

The location of this hotel is excellent but it is very dated and could do with an upgrade. The carpets on the corridors need cleaning. We were disappointed with the reception staff, having arrived early they were not very accommodating. You can’t beat the location there are some lovely bars and cafes very close as are the sights.

Amazing views

It was great. The staff is super kind and the view is to die for. Two suggestions….the hot tub could be a bit warmer and the restaurant could be faster at take away coffee. We ordered three and by the time they were all finished the first one was cold. Beside that, we loved it and will definitely be back.

In the middle of The Rocks, with access to views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, only a short walk away from buses, trains, subway, light rail, and ferries, with great views from the room and spectacular views from the roof. Loved it.
