All good at the hotel itself. But signage and directions at the airport for meeting the shuttle bus needs a lot of improvement. Finding bus bays 4-7 may be clear if you know Sydney airport already, but it's not at all clear -- indeed, it's very frustrating -- if you're a first-time traveler.

The lighting, aircon and plugs did not work when I arrived but the TV was on - called reception who came immediately to reset which fixed the electrics but then the TV stopped working. The room was clean enough but some hairs on bathroom walls, temperamental toilet flush (slightly broken) and debris on the main room floor. Was very affordable and good proximity to the airport. Didn’t use the advertised shuttle as $15 and an uber was cheaper.

I didn’t get the room I requested and when I asked if I could get the room I paid for I was told they were unable. When I walked away they laughed at me as I was both tired and visibly frustrated. I didn’t receive any of the complimentary things I was suppose too get. The dining experience was over priced 30$ for burnt scrambled eggs, watery beans and small dry sausages. There was only watermelon. The room was defiantly not cleaned and had stains all over.
