Well situated just a stones throw from the Capitol Theatre which is the reason for choosing this place. Room is small but has all you need for a Short stay. Breakfast was included in our stay but lacked consideration for any plant based or dairy free guests. Otherwise it was a fuss-free stay

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Fantastic boutique hotel located very centrally in Haymarket close to both the the L1 and L2/L3 tram lines, walking distance from Sydney Central Station, next to the Capitol Theatre, and with easy access to all sorts of things to see and do. Service was top notch from all the staff I met, they were happy to receive a couple of packages for me to enable some travel convenience.

We stayed to see a show at the theatre and was a great location. Brekky was basic but very adequate. A bit odd the elevators don’t go from carpark to reception.

Great location, the only reason for not giving an excellent rating was the age of the facility and the room we had was very small. The room was clean, it was quiet. It was right next door to the Capitol Theatre which was fabulous. We would stay here again if we were down for a night to watch a show.

Great location!!! A posh hotel with no frills. Everything you need, nothing you dont. Rooms are small...if you're travelling with a companion, I recommend going for the larger room. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Noise spoils getting a decent sleep

The hotel is a great location for the theatre and light rail. You have to buzz to enter the hotel on arrival and if no one is on reception you can be left standing outside for a while like we were. The room was compact, the beds were comfy and the bathroom lovely. However, on returning to our hotel after the show we had the thumping noise of music until 3am in the morning that did not provide us with a good nights sleep. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but they are not. The area around the hotel is very busy into the early hours. We stayed on a Saturday night so not sure if this is the case on other nights.
