Comfortable bed. Requested extra blanket which arrived within minutes. Super clean room/ bathroom. Liked the knock on the door from cleaning supervisor who was randomly asking questions on the service we received/ were we happy with cleanliness etc.

Hotel was easy to get to and area has something for everyone. I enjoy walking and this area was perfect for me. There was something for everyone. I must have ended up around The Rocks, every night. The hotel room while comfortable, pillows were hard and room overall could use a soft upgrade to freshen the look. Our room faced a business building so the shades were down all the time as it was awkward to see them work at their desk. On the weekend we were able to keep the shades up. Staff was very nice and helpful. We did not partake in any of the services at the hotel as we had all of our meals while we were out but there were plenty of events happening at the hotel.
