Pleasant hotel but air conditioning is very noisy and cannot be turned off or fan speed reduced in the room. Included breakfast snacks, coffee and fresh fruit very appreciated.

Location is nice and felt safe around the area. Very professional staff. Hair dryer was unfortunately not working properly. Took it to front desk to replace. Katia made sure the new one she gave me work properly before hand it out. Very mindful. Easy check in and out. Will visit again next time!

28 Hotel has great hospitality. Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby. The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows. I'd happily stay again.

Great location and service let down by the aircon

Air conditioning was really loud and couldn't be turned off. Thankfully earplugs were available from reception but not ideal. Service and staff were great though.
