Had a great stay at this hotel.Customer service was great.The rooms were very clean and the views were amazing.I would definately recommend this hotel.

We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

Basic but lovely room, had everything we needed and was in a great location for transport. Would recommend!!

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. However, property was under construction and lots of noise and dust were around. Internet in our room was a problem as well

The rooms were really good - I love the design. The church bells can be a little loud if you like to sleep with open windows. I didn’t mind it; after an active day in the mountains, I sleep like a rock. The breakfast was so so; we must be spoiled from other hotels before. Location is perfect to start your day trips and the staff was happy to help with that as well. We were able to walk to a little spot just 5min away to take a swim in the lake as well - very convenient.
